ATM Cards

Coin Counter

As a member of the Hardin Community Federal Credit Union both our offices have a coin counter where you can get your loose coins counted for free. No need to spend time counting and rolling your coins when our machine can do it for you.

Pay Your Bills Online with CU*Easy Pay

It is here!! CU*Easy Bill Pay is up and running. You may sign up by logging in, call or stop by either of our locations. CU*Easy Pay is free to our members that have 3 products and are signed up for E Statements.

Examples of products include:

  • Savings
  • Checking
  • Christmas Club
  • Misc. Savings
  • Money Markets
  • Certificates of Deposit
  • Loans

If you are not familiar with E Statements, it is where you receive your statements online every month. You are notified by email and we pay you .25 a month. It is a very safe, secure and convenient product that we offer. You may sign up online or by calling us with your information. If you do not qualify to receive CU*Easy Pay for free, it will only cost $5.00 per month. Think of all you will save by not writing a check, using a stamp, and driving to the post office. And don't forget about all of the time you will save once every thing is set up you can pay bills in no time.

Debit Cards

  • Can be used to make a purchase or to withdraw funds from an ATM.
  • Can be used to withdraw, deposit, make a credit union loan payment or transfer money in the ATM.
  • Must have a checking account to have a debit card.
  • Debit cards are convenient; they can be used anywhere credit cards can, even at the grocery store and the gas pump.
  • No hassle of writing checks. Funds come directly out of your checking account.
  • No cost if you use credit union ATMs for your transactions.
  • No usage limits, no-per transaction fees.
  • Pin numbers, etc can be changed at the credit union.

Direct Deposit

Direct deposit is the fastest and the safest way to deposit your payroll, pension and your social security checks. With direct deposit your money will already be there for you. All you will need is our credit union routing number (241279292) and your exact account number information. Give this information to your payroll department, pension company, or any other third party sending credits to your account.

Drive thru gives our members fast and easy banking at two convenient locations with extended hours on Fridays.

E-Statements

E Statements are a wonderful service that Hardin Community Federal Credit Union offers. E Statements are where you receive your Credit Union statement online. You are notified by email that your statement is ready to view. This is a safe and secure way to receive your statements. We will also pay you $.25 to receive your statement online. Financial services can be daunting -- all kinds of jargon to know and rules to follow. Still, it's knowledge that can reap big rewards now and in the years to come.

We're here to help. The credit union is proud to offer this new educational portal. You'll find library of resources with topics ranging from home ownership to credit card debt to saving for your retirement. It's all free for our members, because it's information our members should have.

Money Orders & Cashier's Checks

We offer both Money Orders and Cashier Checks. Our Money Orders are available for $.50 and it is good for up to $1000.00. Our Cashier Checks are available for $1.00 and are good for any amount. You may purchase either of these from our front line staff at either office.

Night Drop

Night drop provides after hours business with early morning deposits.

Two locations: one in the front of building at main office and one with drive-thru access at the branch office.

Notary Services

The Hardin Community FCU offers free Notary Services to all members at both the main and the branch offices.

Online Banking

We invite you to take advantage of our online banking has to offer. You are able to balance your checkbook, transfer funds, apply for a loan and so much more. This is the perfect way to do all your online banking 24 hours a day no matter your location. If you have never logged in to our online you will need your account number which you can obtain from your past receipts and a PIN number.

Your PIN number will be the last for digits of your social security number. Once you log into the online banking the first time it will ask you to change your PIN to what ever you would like. You are also able to browse our website and see what all your Credit Union has to offer.

Phone Banking

No access to the Internet for CU*@HOME? We also offer 24 hour phone access.

  1. Using your touch tone phone, call 1-800-860-5704.
  2. The computer voice will answer and ask for your credit union access code. Enter 129 then the # key.
  3. The computer will then ask you to enter your member number, then #.
  4. You will be asked to enter your PIN number, then #.
  5. From this point on , the CU Talk procedure will vary depending on the transactions you wish to complete. CU Talk will guide you through each step.
  6. When you have finished your last transaction, simply hang up the phone.

State Quarter Sets

The Hardin Community Federal Credit Union provides the State Quarter coin sets to all members for a small fee. We may be able to get you other specialty coin sets. Always check with us first.

Travelers Checks

As a member of the Hardin Community Federal Credit Union we provide Travelers Checks to our members free of charge. The Checks must be signed before they can leave the office. If the checks are lost or stolen they can be replaced. This provides a safer way to travel without carrying lots of cash.

U.S. Savings Bonds

Savings bonds are an american savings tradition. They are a safe and secure investment, plus they make terrific gifts for birthdays, weddings, and graduations.U.S. Savings bonds have always been a great way to save money. At Hardin Community Federal Credit Union, we can order both the EE bonds and the I bond. Stop in or call for more information.

VISA Gift Card

VISA Gift Cards can be purchased at either of our locations for amounts of $10 up to $500. The VISA Gift Card is a perfect gift for those hard to buy for people on your Christmas list. The VISA Gift Card is also convenient for vacation in place of cash or traveler checks. For a small fee of $2.50 you can have you shopping done in one stop with a gift that anyone will love!
